Live Meeting Cost Comparison Calculator

This meeting cost calculator provides a very approximate comparison of the costs associated with holding a face-to-face meeting, and using Superlative Solutions for Mirosoft Live Meetings. This is not intended to be a highly accurate calculation, but merely a yardstick to help you determine if this service would save you money. The methodology is described below.   • Travel costs for in-state:$20, out-of-state: $300 (round trip), other countries: $1500 (round-trip)
  • Travel time: in-state: 6 hours, out-of-state: 16 hours, other countries: 36 hours
    (round trip including ground travel, air travel, waiting in lines)
  • Meals/Lodging: in-state: $20, out-of-state: $100, other countries: $300
    (assumes more than one night lodging for travel from other countries)
  • Incidentals: in-town:$2, in-state:$5, out-of-state: $10, other countries: $15
    (includes handouts, refreshments, admin support arranging transport, etc.)
